Disregard that the flyer only says Dec. 19th. Mandees has extended it for the whole weekend due to the storm expected. This additional 15% will be available both days.

Shop at any of the participating stores in the Broadway Mall For your protection, please black out any credit card information that may appear on the receipt, but be sure retailer, date and Broadway Mall address are legible. Shoppers must turn in their receipts as follows: Friday 11/27 - Thursday 12/3 Friday 12/10 Friday 12/4 - Thursday 12/10 Friday 12/17 Friday 12/11 - Thursday 12/17 Friday 12/24 Friday 12/18 - Thursday 12/24 Friday 12/30 Must I have a student in the Hicksville School District to partipate? No. Soliciting to friends, neighbors, business associates and family members is fine. However, soliciting to shoppers as they enter the mall or those already inside the mall is not. I have a child in two schools, can I donate to both? We can not split a receipt. Each receipt can only have one school designated. If you wish to share your receipts, please divide them and send them in using a separate form for each school you are supporting. If I have two students in the same school, can I submit one form? Yes. If you have more then one child attending one school, all receipts can go on one form. *Percentage determined based on student ratio, Each of seven Elementary Schools will receive 10% of receipts, to a maximum of $1,000 each, High School and Middle School will receive 5% to a maximum of $1,250 each. Gift cards will not be counted. Holiday kiosks in the mall are eligible. Receipts from anchor stores; Target, Macy’s and Ikea are not eligible.

How It Works
~ Shop at any of the eligible stores in the Broadway Mall (click here for a list).
~ Attach copies of your receipts to the completed Receipt Submission Form

and return them to any of our drop off locations:
1) If your child is a Hicksville Student - send it to school
in an envelope marked PTA Mall Madness
2) At The Hicksville Public Library circulation desk (169 Jerusalem Ave.)
3) At the Hicksville Chamber of Commerce Office (10 West Marie St)
4) At The Broadway Mall customer service desk (in the Target wing of mall)
