The National PTA Reflections Program is designed to enhance quality arts education for students in preschool through grade 12, encouraging them to create works of art in the areas of dance choreography, film production, literature, musical composition, photography, and the visual arts for recognition. Forms, rules and materials necessary for entering the Reflections Program can be found below.
National PTA establishes the Reflections rules by which a student enters their artwork through a local PTA. New York State PTA recognizes a statewide Special Education category. New York State recognized Special Education students entering this category should indicate the grade division which best reflects their developmental ability as indicated by the parent on the Student Entry form.
New York State students participating in Reflections have the opportunity for their artwork to be juried, progressing through four levels of PTA: the Local PTA/PTSA level, the Region PTA level, the State PTA level and the National PTA level
